I requested and received quotes for a centrally ducted heat pump from 7 local businesses. Bobs Cool Air was by far and away the best from the initial assessment. There was no pressure from anyone on their staff throughout the process. I was kept informed about possible installation dates as they came up. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. After the install was completed the admin staff was above and beyond with there customer service. I’ve dealt with quite a few contractors from many regions of this country and I’m not sure I’ve been more pleased than I am with my decision to go with Bobs Cool Air. Highly recommended.

After much research on ducted heat pumps that can withstand cold Maritime weather and great companies that can service in the Moncton area, my husband and I arrived at a decision to go with Bob’s Cool Air to do the energy-efficient retrofit. Darren responded to the call swiftly and sent the estimate on the same day. Mark and Nolan installed the heat pumps and the air exchanger. Corey came for the electrical. Everyone was so polite to us and to each other while working and very professional. Highly recommended! Fun fact is even our young son recommended them because he saw Bob’s Cool Air installed the heat pumps in their school.

The representative, Darren, who came the day after I called to inquire, was very knowledgeable about the best choices for our home and where to locate the units. After a 4 week wait, two Daikin Mini Split Heat Pumps were installed quietly and efficiently over a period of 7 hours. The technicians were polite, considerate, and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made with the installation before they left. We were grateful for the detailed explanation and demonstration of how to use them at the end and have been so glad for the way they have kept us cool this hot summer!

Through numerous inquiries regarding mini-splits, Bob’s Cool Air came highly recommended. Darren arrived with all the info and suggestions as to where to install the unit. In a few days we were all installed and working well. The office staff was so helpful and arranged everything else with the final papers. Very friendly administration staff.
