We were thrilled with the service from Bob’s Cool Air. The representative, Darren, who came the day after I called to inquire, was very knowledgeable about the best choices for our home and where to locate the units. After a 4 week wait, two Daikin Mini Split Heat Pumps were installed quietly and efficiently over a period of 7 hours. The technicians were polite, considerate, and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made with the installation before they left. We were grateful for the detailed explanation and demonstration of how to use them at the end and have been so glad for the way they have kept us cool this hot summer!

Through numerous inquiries regarding mini-splits, Bob’s Cool Air came highly recommended. Darren arrived with all the info and suggestions as to where to install the unit. The electricians, Corey and the student arrived in no time. I also had to have a new electrical panel which was installed along with the mini-split. Excellent job. Both men were very friendly, knowledgeable and hard workers. Non-stop, only for a lunch break. Corey explained the operation with a few suggestions. Very quiet unit inside and out. I had the opportunity to get Bob's Cool Air install a Central Heating system for me. Darren came to check things the very same day I called and was very helpful; we knew
what we wanted right away.  

The two technicians were so kind and good workers. Let's not forget the electrician and another final touch by one of their supervisors.

In a few days we were all installed and working well. The office staff was so helpful and arranged everything else with the final papers. Very friendly administration staff.
